Looking after your people post Covid-19: Kāpiti

Kia ora, As we move towards recovery, WellingtonNZ is organising a series of free regional business workshops focussed on providing practical tools and strategies to support the mental health and wellness of SME’s impacted by Covid-19.

You're invited to the Kāpiti workshop which will be covering 'Early Intervention' which significantly reduces the impact of mental health and wellness challenges on an individual and their workplace.

Business-owners right now are saying that they need support options for staff who are struggling - but all the existing support pathways are an 'ambulance at the bottom of the cliff'. What pro-active and tool-based solutions will help me to have direct conversations with staff members sooner?

This hands-on workshop offers practical tools to have little conversations that make the biggest difference - sooner rather than later!
